Just finished a meeting with the boss and the boss’s boss. The project is closing, we are to be given the redundancy letter in a weeks time. Thus Serge is technically unemployed in July onwards.
What the company will do for Serge and the department is to move them to other projects. This other may or may not take them in. Salary cut is to be expected. Woefully sad Serge is at the current situation.
