Last night on the 29th floor of G Tower, View@Rooftop played host in the launching of Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc. Kronenbourg Brewery (Brasseries Kronenbourg) is a brewery founded in 1664 by Geronimus Hatt in Strasbourg, France (at the time a Free Imperial City of the Holy Roman Empire) as the Hatt Brewery.
The name comes from the area (Cronenbourg) where the brewery relocated in 1850. The company is owned by the Carlsberg Group. The main brand is Kronenbourg 1664, a 5.5% abv pale lager which is the best selling premium lager brand in France. In 2010, this particular beer was brought to Malaysia where it garnered a fantastic response whereby more than 70 outlets nationwide serves Kronenbourg 1664.
On this night, Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc was launch by Soren Ravn, Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia. Serge would say that there were roughly 100+ or so people who was invited. A nice amount, not too many and not too little; and View@Rooftop is indeed a good place to have the launch of Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc. Middle of the week where work stress is gonna kill you, what a refreshing night to have some Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc. *LIKE*

Recently E@Curve played host to the annual S.O.X Drum & Dance Finals. It was an event that Serge was amazed at and feels awe-inspired by the participants who took part. This was the first time he attended this particular event and he loves the Drum Battles as well as the Dance (which was actually a cheerleading stint) in equal measures.
The crowd was plenty and trying to walk and enter to where the event was a hassle, but with perseverance and a tenacity of a bull; Serge got in. Here he met a lot of people that he knew during CHEER 2010. Those which he knew were the cheerleaders and by golly wolly their smiles were awesome. Who ever came here and did not feel like cheering for any of the Drum teams or the Dance teams needs to be shot not once but five times.

It’s a strange feeling to be right now, knowing that the person whom he loves since the golden age of a certain group that has become shitty is now having a troubled time. It is one of those situations where some of us might have experience before, of love and of hate and of maintaining the balance between a relationship of love and of a relationship of friendship.

And so Serge attended another IU Day and this IU Day was held at SMK USJ 13 a school that looks really good in the opinion of Serge. Why was he here? What was he doing at an event where everyone else are half his age ? A simple reason really, because he wants and because he believes that the children are the future and old farts such as Serge needs to guide them to the right path.
Many readers will know Serge has an affinity towards youths even during his youthful days and he does love to see the youths try to organize events for better or worse. Now then, this particular IU Day had a theme of global warming and amazingly it was held on a Sunday evening. Strange as most IU Day’s which Serge has helped organized/attended is normally on a Saturday morning of afternoon.

So about two weeks ago or so, Serge did a double food take at two corners of the land. One relatively closer to home and another further than the length of Mount Vesuvius. To begin he did Ribs by Vintry which is situated at Damansara Heights and the last place was at Saisaki Japanese Restaurant; located at Wisma UOA II.
