Short and sweet, no no dear friends, Serge is not talking about the length of his solidus snake nor is he referring to the saccharine taste of it. He is talking about THE BIGGEST LITTLE FESTIVAL IN THE WORLD !! Yes folks, Short+Sweet is back for the third year running and starting from yesterday until October 30th, 2011, the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre will play host to this event.
We all know that Gossip and Art Vs. Science will be hitting the decks during Heineken’s Green Room this October, 5th. With such a groovy groove; Heineken has up the ante with a collaborative music video that drums a beat in your head. This exclusive videos collaborations, contains artist mix-ups and tracks including Green Room stars Mini Compo, Heineken heroes Goldfish & Blink with indie rock innovators They Will Kill Us All.
Making music in this day and age is simple, all you need is a computer but to make a music video takes more than just a computer an a video camera. One needs to feel the beats and visualize the sound that comes within. Truly a music video is a collaboration of the senses, aurally and visually.
Oh what night it was to be the country that finished off the Arthur’s Day celebration in Speed City KL. The crowd was huge, really huge and from what was gathered; a strong 20000 ravers and alcoholics was at the event to have a good pint of Guinness and to listen to tunes most splendid.
Arriving late at an event is not becoming of Serge but this was the first time he went to that location. 5 something he left his dominion and arrive around 8. Oh yes, take into account that this man who swings has a navigational instinct of a horseshoe crab. Nevertheless, he arrived and came to conquer. First up, many thanks to Guinness PR for the good stuff.
Will Schuester and his Glee students return for season 3 of Glee! Oh yes, it is back and we are on a roll with this first episode. As a quick recap, New Directions lost miserably in season 2; Quinn has quit school and is now a rebel; Emma and Will is living under one roof (YAY!) and Sue Sylvester is just being Sue.
This is the last year for many of Glee members and Will wants to make it the best year for them. To win Nationals but with members missing, they are not able to take part in the competition. So with purple pianos, Will ask his students to sing a song anytime they see the pianos which has been placed around McKinley High. These pianos are not just purple, but it has a story; a novel of being abandon and abuse but it still could play. Something Will imparts to the New Directions.
