Project Angkat Rumah
Urbanscapist who have not yet bought their tickets for Urbanscapes (why haven’t you??), award-winning filmmaker Liew Seng Tat, with the support of Five Arts Centre, invites you our beloved Urbanscapist to move house with him.
We need your help to rediscover the spirit of gotong-royong in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, as we are moving house. This unique project invites Urbanscapist to carry a specially-designed house along Jalan Ipoh to its final destination at KLPAC. Where, in conjuction with Urbanscapes, the house will be converted into an open stage for anyone who wants to perform. So all you closet performers, come out and play!
Even if you are not able to angkat rumah (literally meaning carry house), follow the movers and cheer for them.
