ChurpOut 2012 and the Revelancy of Things to Come
ChurpChurp organize a charity bazaar under the name of ChurpOut at Publika where Serge was there early to capture the atmosphere that was rather lively, even with the shower from heaven. Another reason he was early, is that he wanted to do a sort-of impromptu photoshoot with a girl who is a cousin of someone Serge had slept with years ago. Alas, poor Serge, the rain killed that prospect and believe in him when he says that there is nothing going on between she and him at all.
Well now, ChurpOut was split into three sections and they are the fun fair, stage and bazaar. Main sponsor of the day was XPAX. The funfair was rather simplistic with only 5 section and a bonus section. Best section was the bonus part where participants could have walk away with phones, tablets, and even a TV. There was one person who went away with 3 prizes in a go, as the prizes snowballed to the next round.

Serge wished that there were more stalls for the fun fair area. Most of the crowd was at the bazaar area as famous bloggers and tweeples such as Cheesie , Sazzy Falak, Audrey, Cindy and more; had their clothes on sale. From what Serge viewed, most of the goers were crowding at Audrey & Cheesie’s booth.
Our writer here would love to talk on what happen at the stage area, yet with him not being at that location; molding a story about it is neigh. What to do? He was moving about with her and the both of them wanted to get dunked. Literally dunked mine ye and not one of Serge’s infamous metaphors and cryptic messages. Both she and Serge did get dunked but the TV slipped out of their hands.
And into the hands of her friend whom Serge helped! Realry? Kind of funny really but hey! Serge felt really good getting dunked. Before having dinner with the Malaysian Youtubers, we had fun dunking Reuben of JinnyboyTV and Jared Lee of Grimfilm. Great times and seeing Jeremy Teo getting dunked was cool too.

During dinner time, Reuben had asked on how bloggers who does not have a lot of viewers earn or get invited to events and such. Something along that line, trying to remember what was the exact question. Serge gave an explanation based on his explanation and as he writes this post now, it might not be that right. Also, during the conversation, Reueben had ask about how people like Serge can stay relevant; a very good question as the blogging scene is slowly evolving into youtubers.
For Serge, he doesn’t know have an answer as he too is seeking an answer on how he himself can stay relevant after 10 years of blogging. Probably the best way to stay relevant is either to change or to add on to what one has already been doing to compliment each other. Funny how things such as this appears in the head of Serge will now present to you three videos of three guys getting dunked and all three of them; their names starts with the letter J and another set of photos to end the post.
