Return of The Doctor in April 2013 and a new TARDIS
A bit late in the Whovian party but by the Skasis Paradigm! Doctor Who return in April,2013 (if you don’t count the Christmas special) and we all know that The Doctor has a new companion name Clara (Jenna-Louise Coleman) who will be introduce properly during the Christmas special. To those who forgot about how Amy Pond and Rory Williams left The Doctor, go watch “The Angels Take Manhattan“. A brilliant episode to say the least.
Well Jenna-Louise Coleman who plays Clara in the upcoming Christmas special, first appeared in Asylum of the Daleks as Oswin Oswald. The souffle cooking girl/dalek who had no eggs(
terminate). We love how Jenna portrayed Oswin in this episode and we do hope that she brings the happy-go-lucky attitude in the special and in the second part of series 7 in April, 2013.
When Doctor Who returns next year, it will be a great and momentous occasion for a lot of us Whovians out there. It is the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who! First episode was shown on 3 November 1963, An Unearthly Child with the first Doctor played by William Hartnell. We know that the epic special to commemorate 50 years of Doctor Who begins in April next year and since Christmas is coming soon, the new TARDIS interior is frigging awesome.
Look! Just look at it! Gallifreyan writing. Not only are we excited about the Christmas special, Lyle here has warranted need for episode 12 to come out as soon as possible. This episode maybe the best episode in the entire series. Why? According to Doctor Who TV and we quote;
712. Written by Neil Gaiman. Directed by Stephen Wolfenden.
Gaiman’s new spine-chiller. You already know there are Cybermen – what you don’t know is there is something else. A Cyber-something else. They are disgusting.
Blink as many times as you want but your eyes is not being deceived by a perception filter. Neil Gaiman returns to write another episode for Doctor Who, Lyle loves his storyline for The Doctor’s Wife, an episode that is considered one of the best for both classic and new Whovians. Speaking about this and the 50th special, we wonder if the special for it will truly be “A love letter to the fans, and an absolute romp and a thrill to the casual viewer.”
