So it’s just your typical Wednesday yesteteday, where Serge lazed about until the late afternoon. His matron needed him to follow to carry groceries. Thus Serge followed as his main staple which is rice was about to finish. Staying at home was making him lazy so this was also a good opportunity to shoot some items at One Utama.
Another reason was that the matron wanted to buy clothes for him as it was Aeon Card Day. Calamity strikes as it wasn’t, matron read it wrong. Next week is the day and this is not the day. They ended up getting items from Daiso and a packet of rice.
Recently E@Curve played host to the annual S.O.X Drum & Dance Finals. It was an event that Serge was amazed at and feels awe-inspired by the participants who took part. This was the first time he attended this particular event and he loves the Drum Battles as well as the Dance (which was actually a cheerleading stint) in equal measures.
The crowd was plenty and trying to walk and enter to where the event was a hassle, but with perseverance and a tenacity of a bull; Serge got in. Here he met a lot of people that he knew during CHEER 2010. Those which he knew were the cheerleaders and by golly wolly their smiles were awesome. Who ever came here and did not feel like cheering for any of the Drum teams or the Dance teams needs to be shot not once but five times.

About two weeks or so ago, Celcom launch the latest Blackberry Bold 9700 at La Bodega, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Serge was there thanks to Nuffnang who told him about the event kind of last minute.

Well for on this day, the Bold II was being sold at a very very cheap price that even Serge was tempted to do buy. Luckily he did not do so. With Maxis being the only authority in Malaysia to hold the rights to distribute iPhone here, Celcom‘s backhanded swing in the market to gain momentum was to outwit Maxis with cheaper and good Blackberry service compared to Maxis’ iPhone plan. With the marketing going on back and forth, we know that both Celcom and Maxis have their own Blackberry prepaid plan for common users such as Serge who does not earn enough to pay monthly fix bills.
