Recently at MidValley Megamall, Roxy and Quiksilver held their Spring/Summer Collection showcase. This was part of MidValley’s Fashion Week. Serge was invited by Roxy and Quiksilver for their exclusive event which not only showcased their latest Spring/Summer Collection but also the 15 finalist of their Roxy Dare Yourself campaign.
Since this happened on a working day, Serge left work and straight away went to the venue. That particular event started around 7pm but he managed to be there around 6.30pm. Having somewhat of a good standing with the Roxy and Quiksilver team, Serge spent sometime with the Dare Yourself finalist. As usual, good friend and radio personality, Liang was there.

Hello again.
Hope you’re all doing fine and dandy like a candy cane. Serge was out at Midvalley yesterday and so happen to stumble upon the Roxy Dare Yourself roadshow. What is this roadshow about ? For those who forgot to read this article, let us tell you briefly.
Roxy international is having a competition to find the next Roxy Girl. As this is a global event, Roxy Malaysia is involved too and therefore roadshows such this happens. This is for participants to take get prettified, wear Roxy apparels and get their photos taken to be submitted.

So right said Fred as Serge had just attended this particular event. Although it wasn’t grand or anything, it was fantastically enjoyable as he spent time with the Roxy Girls and had met up with his buddies such as Jeremy and Arnold.
Hanger is a fashion magazine (obviously) and the hipsters who were there were very hip-ster-ish. One particular duo had their hair colored in rainbow fashion. Serge was quite intrigued on how that particular person manage to get the color layering correctly.

It was a last minute text from one of the staff of Roxy, Serge was kind of sick the day before and felt like foregoing the text. Fortunately for him, he did not and with him answering the text; what he got the next day was a very special experience with Roxy and the finalist to their Let The Sea Set You Free contest.
Yesterday, the finalist were invited for an outing with Roxy to experience fun and excitement as what Roxy is all about. The girls came at around 1100hrs, Catherine the Director for Roxy Malaysia, congratulated the finalist and briefly outlined the day’s activity which includes a stop at U Mobile‘s Flagship Store, hair and make-up done by Snips Academy and a photoshoot at Zebra Square.
